The Last Letter is an incredibly moving and heart-wrenching story. Each character in this book has claimed a piece of my heart, from Ryan to Ella and her beautiful kids, Maisie and Colton. I was totally invested in the storyline from the get-go and was already a sobbing mess a few chapters in. That box of tissue was a close companion of mine throughout the read.
