I was looking forward to Alistairs story and was so excited to see him and Lara get together. He was seen in previous books never having fun or doing anything but working for the clan. Lara is here to show him that he is allowed to take the time for himself too. This series keeps me engaged from cover to cover and as soon as I finish one book I'm mad I have to wait for the next, it was no different with this one. I desperately want an Oliphant bastard for myself
