ISTG this series is getting worst and worst. Honestly I really don't get what this book is about. The whole plot was all Persephone and Hades's physical interaction and MISCOMMUNICATION(again) 🤦♀️ and then the last 40 pages was ridiculously bizzare. And not only that, This book just badly handled PTSD, a shit ton of miscommunication and a whole lot of sex.
it took me a forever to read this book and I was bored. this is a case where it actually could have been much better, and that there was potential in the plot and characters that ultimately went to waste.
The only reason I'm reading this is because of Hades but I admit he wasn't my favorite here. and, I don't know why I don't just go and read his book instead of reading from Persephone's pov 🤷♀️🤷♀️

AGREED!!! Book 1 was the best book in the series and it seems like the series is just being dragged for no reason. It was an unnecessarily long book and its really frustrating that we never get insight into what Hades does at work because he’s always so evasive when they talk.

Every page were full of smut and it was so slow i had to skim more of it. I'm not even sure the other spin off of this book is worth reading or not bc it seems like repetetive and just hades pov(i love hades but i might just ignore that series) what's the point honestly?

Tbh I had a hard time getting into the first book. I still have it on my TBR but I don’t see myself reading it in the near future. Probably not even this year 😅 I heard such good things about it but I just… can’t get into it? Maybe I need to get past the first 5 chapters or so to get into it? Lol
I thought everyone knew this was one of those books full of smut and no plot 💀

Exactly! I think what bothered me the most was the badly written PTSD. This could have been handled so much better and although spicy scenes are fun to read, sex is not the answer to your trauma.
