Time Travel - Historical Fiction

In This Moment, main character Maggie has 3 paths set before her 1861, 1941, and 2001. When she goes to sleep in one, she wakes up in the next. As she has reasons to stay in each path, she much choose one before her 21st birthday, to stay in forever.

Love the rich history in these books! I feel like I’m switching time every time Maggie does. Having lived in 2001, it was easy to feel transported. While the historical aspect of this book is amazing, the romance was the main focus in this installment. Just when I thought I had it figured out and knew where she would stay, something would happen and it would totally shift gears. While this one did have my head spinning a bit in the beginning, I ended up really enjoying it the more I read. I became fully invested in each character. These books have a lot of hype , but personally I can see why. The author has done a fantastic job with this series, they are so unique and worth the read. I can’t imagine what she has in store next and look forward to the reading the rest of the series.
