And another book with yet another powerful message: People's evilness and bigotry doesn't necessarily need to have anything to do with their sexual oriientation, gender, religion, political view, skin colour or whatever. Like, not every straight person is a homophobe. Not every gay person is forgiving. Not every human being is nice just because. No, the hard truth is: Some people are mean and bad and evil and bigot just because. It's a very depressing thought, that, especially when it turns out that those who do the harm should actually know better. But they only feel better by making someone else feel even worse. Urgh.
Uh, don't get me wrong, this isn't a depressing read only. I mean, it is a tragic and dark book, a lot heavier than the first three volumes of these series (even though these had some pretty tough shit coming as well). It's just one of these book that makes you want to scream at the injustice portrayed. Not just because it's getting you so riled up, but also because it's the kind of injustice that still happens today. It's not some fantasy drama. It's the real fuckery of real life and terrible, narrow minded people. Sigh.
Apart from all that, Kyle outshines pretty much everybody and he will totally make Foster his bitch. Especially if teamed up with Brad. And their awesome friends. Take this city down, boys, you know we're all cheering madly for you.
So yes, more of this series, please.

"""There's a Teen Wolf marathon on MTV. You ever watch that show? [...] The story is nice, but the guys in it are stupid hot. [...] I mean it. It's on par with watching porn."
