Dining hall at the H-BRS
The student union operates a dining hall with cafeteria at each of the higher education institution's campuses in Sankt Augustin and Rheinbach. Information on opening hours and closures during the semester break can be found on the Student Union's website.
Sankt Augustin dining hall
The university canteen is an important part of campus life. Not only does it offer a wide selection of delicious and healthy dishes, it also promotes a sense of community among students and staff.
Opening hours:
During the lecture period:
Monday to Friday: 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
During the semester break:
Monday to Friday: 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
During examination periods:
Monday to Friday: 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The dining hall offer
Our dining hall offers a selection of dishes and surprises with different menus every day, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Students have the opportunity to combine main courses, side dishes and desserts as they wish. The salad bar also offers a healthy selection.
Prices and payment
The prices in the dining hall are student-friendly and offer good value for money. Payment is usually made using a Mensa card, which can be topped up at special machines. Payment by EC card is also possible.

Koffe-In
The café in Sankt Augustin is located right next to the dining hall. It not only serves hot drinks, but also offers a large selection of freshly filled rolls and sweet pastries.

During the semester break:
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
During examination periods:
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Foodtruck Rheinbach
Due to the flood disaster in 2021, the dining hall in Rheinbach is currently closed. Instead, there is a food truck that provides students and staff with hot meals. The food is served in compostable packaging.
Cash payment is not possible here.

Café Campus
The café in Rheinbach also offers sandwiches, as well as various pastries and snacks
In addition, there are coffee and tea specialities.
