The President's Office (Executive Board) consists of the President, the Chancellor, and four Vice Presidents. In addition to the elected members, the Equal Opportunities Officer, the Head of the Communications and Marketing staff unit and the Head of the Office of the President are represented on the President's Office as permanent guests. The President's Office meets once a week. The extended President's Office, which includes the deans of the departments, meets once a month.

The president is responsible for managing the university and representing it in public.

The Senate of H-BRS is a central organ of self-administration. It decides on the regulations and issues recommendations and statements on the draft university development plan, the business plan and the distribution of posts and funds.

The University Council of Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg is responsible for the university's strategy, advises the university management and supervises its management. It appoints the President of Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and supervises him or her.

The task of the University Election Assembly is to elect the members of the President's Office. The University Election Assembly is made up of members of the Senate and the University Council.
