Students are accommodated in single study bedrooms at New College with private bathrooms. Upon acceptance, a nonrefundable $500 deposit must be received by the date communicated by program admissions to secure a place in the program. The deposit will be credited toward program fees.

Applicants to the program who are not students at the George Washington University should apply through their home universities for financial support. The George Washington University Office of Student Financial Assistance do not offer scholarships and grants.

A student who withdraws within two weeks of the start of the program due to reasons unrelated to the program's cancellation is not entitled to a refund of tuition or of the $500 deposit; a student who withdraws outside of this two week period is entitled to a refund of tuition but not the $500 deposit.

Any changes in course offerings or other significant aspects of the program will be communicated promptly to all persons who have paid a deposit or registered. In the unlikely event of under-enrollment or due to a security risk or other major unexpected circumstances, the program may be canceled. If cancellation occurs, applicants will be notified immediately by e-mail and will receive a full refund. Further, the program director will use best efforts to make arrangements for each enrolled student to attend a similar program if the student so desires. The program has not been previously canceled.

GW Law Students: Course names and grades from the Summer Program will be listed on your GW transcript.

Non-GW Students: Students may request a Transcript after all grades are submitted through Parchment Transcript Services, subject to their fees and delivery schedule.
