At COLIGHT, we strive to help you get the right product the first time. But if something doesn't work out, we're here to make things right—whether through a return, exchange, or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process smoothly.

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Customers in the U.S. and Canada can return items to our New Jersey warehouse.
  • Customers in other regions must return products to our China warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not provide free return labels unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us assist you quickly, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and offer a refund, replacement, or another solution to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that have been disassembled or altered

  • Free gifts (unless required by refund policy)

  • Items not purchased from led-colight.com

Please note: We do not offer free returns for personal reasons or ordering mistakes. In such cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges must meet the same return conditions and be requested within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees for sending the replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
