Shipping Regions & Fulfillment

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Fees

  • U.S. Mainland: Free shipping on orders over $49.

  • U.S. Non-Mainland (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Military Addresses): Standard shipping charges apply.

  • International: Free/Standard shipping fees apply. Final costs are displayed at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • All prices shown do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.

  • Orders may be subject to import fees depending on the destination country's policies.

  • COLIGHT ships all items Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs procedures or failure to provide necessary documentation.


Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information (e.g., wrong address, phone number, or email), you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including any extended postal codes (e.g., ZIP+4 in the U.S.).


Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order, damages can happen.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s).

  2. Keep all packaging materials.

  3. Contact our support team—we’ll resolve it to ensure your satisfaction.


Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your parcel as quickly as possible.


Refused Packages & Returns

If you no longer want your order, do not refuse the package. Instead, contact us for return instructions.

  • Refused shipments will be returned at your expense.

  • Refunds will be issued minus all shipping and return costs.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges and processing fees.

  • If you want the item re-shipped, you will need to pay the full shipping cost again.
