The mission of the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau is:

• to contribute to a collaborative network of effective, integrated programs and services.;
• to coordinate comprehensive, county-wide youth and family services planning: 
• to provide direct and indirect services and activities for youth and families;
• to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and the community;
• to empower youth to become responsible members of society
