Option 1
I chose the American Association for School Librarians I was surprised by the amount of services the AASL provides. I was not aware of the amount of effort put into the cross-walking and correlating of standards. I did not know that they provided talking points for ESEA. We had a meeting here in our county in January for ESEA (No Child Left Behind), and if I had gone, I would have liked to have had those documents. I am impressed with the contacts that are available and how personable the organization is. I have learned that each state is responsible for what is posted for their state, and I am a little disappointed that only half or less of the states participate in publishing information.
