Safety aspects of the garments are mocked up and sent Korea for safety evaluation before production. Pilot run are conducted before bulk production

Lab Test: -Weight -Shrinkage -Touring -Fading

Fabrics after inspecting are relaxed at least 24 hours before cutting.

Preparing: -6 sets of trim card. -Spec sheet.

PP Meeting Pilot Run

Cutting QC conduct random tests to check for consistency in size. All cutting is sorted by color shades and lot #. Sample, trim card, operation list, partern, times study; machinery map and get marking on semi product are prepared for the sewing process. -Inline QC checks all part of garments at least 6pcs 3 times a day. -Endline QC inspects 100% for visual defects. -FQA conducts random inspector on spec measurement When washing is needed all garments are inspected for look and feed according in the original approved sample.
Before ironing pattern shape are making in the ironing table accordingly.

-Safety issues are inspected: clipper, needle control, scissors, and any metal, direct calibration. -All critical safety is tested and verified: buttons, snap buttons.

After ironing all garments are inspected by second line QC and passed thru the needle director. Finishing QC visual and measure all garments follow buyers standards. After packing: -Keep the carton box in separate area. -Im-Export staff in charge: container inspection, seal, takes picture and keeps all those report.
