Offered by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Aid, the TOPS Performance Award is given to students who
obtained a minimum GPA of 3.00 while in high school along with achieving a minimum score of 23 on the ACT.
The eight semester scholarship requires full-time enrollment with a minimum GPA of 3.00 at the end of each
academic year (fall, spring and summer).
