ORDER

The Court hereby informs the Parties that the above captioned case is presently the

number two case on the Courts March trial docket.1 Due to the anticipated length of the Core
Wireless trial, the Court will be unable to accommodate both trials in March. Therefore, if the
Core Wireless case proceeds to trial, the Parties should expect to proceed to trial in this case on
April 13, 2015, as the first case on the Courts April trial docket. Should the Core Wireless case
not go forward as scheduled in March, this case will then proceed to trial in March.
