ORDER OF DISMISSAL


The Court GRANTS Plaintiff Innovative Display Technologies LLC (Plaintiff) and
Defendants Google Inc. and Motorola Mobility LLCs (Defendants) J oint Motion to Dismiss.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs claims for relief against Defendants in Case No.
2:14-cv-302 are dismissed with prejudice, and Defendants claims for relief and defenses against
Plaintiff in Case No. 2:14-cv-302 are dismissed without prejudice, and all attorneys fees, costs
of court and expenses, with respect to all claims solely between them, shall be borne by the party
incurring the same. The Court notes that Case No. 2:14-cv-201 is the lead case for several other
lawsuits that the Court consolidated for pretrial issues. No other consolidated lawsuits and no
other defendants are sought to be dismissed by this motion.
