Standards are exceptionally high within the
classroom with ever more challenging starters and lesson content.

Lesson pace is excellent, use of green pens and
annotation to show progress is excellent also. 1

Lesson resources and subject
knowledge are excellent and constantly provides challenge and extra information to students.

Consistently producing excellent resources and
having other resources in mind in case the initial idea doesnt work.

Work is differentiated to a good standard, more
tailored resources would help ensure every student is making exceptional progress. Use of assessment is excellent and in keeping with the departments policy. Everything is up to date and all marking has been completed on time. Behaviour is ever improving with low level disruption starting to be reduced.

activities as I can for example I have written reports, attended parents evening and been involved with organising and running trips to Nestle and London.
