    • the percentage of dairy products and grains that are certified organic; farm-raised, and, if farm-
    raised, the composition of its diet
    • the percentage of meat (or meat substitutes such as soy) that is certified organic and/or grass
    fed and produced without the use of hormones and antibiotics
    • the percentage of certified organic coffee, tea, juice, alcohol, and other nondairy beverages

    Ecovian Criteria:

    • Organic food The percentage of food sold or served which is produced in a certified organic
    manner
    • Local food The percentage of food sold or served produced from local sources
    • Seafood The percentage of seafood sold or served which is produced in a sustainable manner
    • Food wastes Does this establishment compost or otherwise recycle (including using for biodiesel
    production) their food waste?
    • Disposables The percentage of disposable packaging/products sold or used which are made with
    recyclable or biodegradable materials
