    DETAILS:

    On Wednesday April 21, 2010 at 10:33 p.m., Officer Jason A. Mandato observed a
    vehicle parked on the shoulder of Cranbury Neck Road at Grovers Mill Road.
    Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle had been harassed and assaulted
    during a dispute inside the vehicle by the male rear seat passenger. The victim was
    not injured and declined to pursue signing criminal complaints at this time. The
    accused was picked up at the scene by a friend.
