Occupational Safety & Health Policy


It is recognized that the health, safety and welfare of employees are of paramount importance
to the Company. Management will be responsible for taking all reasonable and practicable
actions to achieve and maintain a standard which safeguards the health, safety and welfare of
all employees while complying with all statutory requirements and relevant Malaysian
Standards.
The Company's drive for the higher productivity and profits shall not compromise our
responsibility for safety.

The Companys Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy is as follows :

Provide a safe and healthy working environment .

Working towards a Culture of safety and accident-free workplace at


all times

Provide training and instructions to enable employees to


perform their work safety and effi ciently.

Ensure own health and safety at work and avoid elements


aff ecting the health and safety of other persons at work .

Comply with all applicable occupational health and safety


statutory , regulatory and other contractual requirements .

Report immediately any injury or/and accident of hazardous


work condition at workplace .
The company recognizes that managers , supervisors and all other employees share

responsibility for a safe and healthful workplace .

The occupational health & safety (OHS) Policy shall be communicated to all affected persons
working for the organisation , make available to any interested parties and shall be reviewed
periodically to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to the organisation .
