    COMES NOW the Plaintiff in the above-entitled case by and
    through the Undersigned Counsel and unto this Honorable Court
    most respectfully avers:
    1.

    That Plaintiff herein filed their Complaint in the aboveentitled case on September 3, 2008;

    2.

    That per Process Server Return dated October 9, 2008 ,


    issued by this Honorable Court, Summons returned
    unserved for the reason that the defendants cannot be
    located at his given address;

    3.

    That so as not to leave this case pending before the


    dockets of this Honorable Court, it is to the best interest
    of the Plaintiff that the instant case be ARCHIVED
    momentarily subject to revival at a latter date when the
    defendant is already located at his given address.
    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays of this Honorable Court that


    the instant case be ARCHIVED momentarily.

    Plaintiff prays for the reliefs and remedies equitable under


    the premises.
