In a year, stabilized operations and created the financial and contractual framework for a $1.6 million sale of the agency. Director of Finance & Controller (1997-1999) EldaCare, Inc. (Outreach Senior Health Services, Inc.), Fort Lauderdale, FL. Company owned, operated, and/or provided services to rehabilitation providers in nine states. Developed systems to convert 40 CORFs in 9 states from owned to managed facilities including information system design for management services billing.
