LVDC Distribution and Energy Storage

NEMA is pursuing an LVDC and Energy Storage program to:
Investigate the potential for adoption of LVDC in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Further investigate the opportunity for NEMA to lead in the areas of power electronics and systems integration related to small and medium battery storage. Monitor energy storage related policy and influence legislation, regulation and standards that support our member businesses. Investigate the opportunities for NEMA to lead in developing testing requirements and performance standards for LVDC and batteries.
