Resource Placement Company situated at Kathmandu, Nepal with Government recruiting License
No. 801/065/66. With more than a decade of experience working in the field of overseas placement
services, we started with Suman Human Resources Consultants (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. To our accumulated

Mr. Ratna Bahadur Mangrati : The Managing Director has a very strong commitment towards his works
and has more than a decade of experience from India in the field of Recruitment with Gulf Countries. His
enthusiasm and commitment in this field has turned to form Suman Human Resources Consultants
(Nepal) Pvt. Ltd., what it is today.
Mr. Krishna Kumar Mangrati : The Director is very energetic, young entrepreneur having successfully
ventured different business aspects nationwide. He has a strong sense and strength for sourcing the right
candidate from his nationwide network of people. He is having working experience in India, Middle East
and Nepal.
Mr. Kumar Ramtel : He is in the field of HR since last 8 10 years and has good experience in HR field.
He is well aware of Gulf working conditions as he has previous work experience in Middle East.
Mrs. Pabitra Ramtel : Very smart and energetic lady having her hold overall secretarial services and can
handle different people easily and with equal concentration. She is very quick and confident with all
operations and responses.
Mr. Raju Mangrati : After completing education in commerce discipline, joined the organisation as
trainee and today involved in day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.

Documents required for Recruitment with UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain
1. Demand letter 2. Power of Attorney 3. Employment Contract 4. Agreement between Nepal Associate and the Employer
company 5. Guarantee Letter (Stating that the candidates so deployed will be working only within the country as deployed.
Note: Among the above mentioned documents, Demand letter and Power of Attorney need to be prepared
on the Letter head of the employer Company and duly attested through the Country's Chamber of Commerce
and Nepalese Embassy or Consulate situated in that country. The Agreement and the Guarantee letter are
required to be prepared on the Company Letterhead duly signed and stamped from the company itself.
