new substrates
- concrete fully dry (12% M/C), free from laitance and contamination
- cement renders, plasters and fillers, smooth, fully dry and free from
surface dust and contamination.
- gypsum board, taped and filled, free from surface contamination.
- when over-coating with solvented products maximum moisture
content is 4%.
