Collecting transmission asset data from KAHRAMAA Substations
Transmission asset data includes technical specification of all substation equipments like
GIS, Transformer, Telecom, SCS, Teleprotection, Telecommunication, Protection panels,
Battery and Chargers.
Associated in surveying all cables and overhead line details.
Surveying the all cable, link box and its joints by referring the cable routes and drawing.
Make detailed report on substations, cables and overhead asset data as per KAHRAMAA
standards.
Ensuring and follow KAHRAMAA safety rules and regulations at all ground level and
HV apparatus.
Managing, coordinating, monitoring, the team of surveyors engaged for the transmission
asset data project, preparing periodical reports on technical and admin matters.

Position: SUBSTATION OPERATOR

Operations, Controlling and Maintenance of 220/132/66/11 KV GIS,AIS equipment such


as power and auxiliary Transformers,SF6 CB, VCB, OCB, CTs, PTs, LAs, Isolators and ESs,
Battery chargers etc.
Operations on Control & Protection equipments like 220/132/66/11 KV Transformers,
Feeders, Tap changers, Bus bar protection panels, Control panels and Operations on the LVAC
equipment panels
Dealing with the old conventional Electromagnetic relays and new Digital relays of ABB,
Siemens and Areva.
Tracing, Analysis and correction of faults in the circuits and monitoring the updates of the
substation condition.
Dealing with the SCADA communication system equipments and panels.
Operations and Maintenance of fire protection alarm panels, smoke detection alarm panels,
Sergi protection panels, Deluge pump system etc.
Registering of all events in substation log book.
Maintaining of communication with NCC (National Control Centre) DCC (Distribution Control
Centre) and DGCC (Grid control Centre).
Daily checking in the transformer yard, switchgear room, GIS room, battery room for any
abnormality.
