1 percent. Capped at lvl 18 (20 % chance to steal per hit). Each steal
increases a random resource with a random ammount: The ammount
ranges from 1 to 10, and the chances for different resources are as
follows:
50 % gold, 25 % crystal, 16.6667 % iron, 8.3333 % stone.
Thievery DOES NOT work on: Mines, temples, lairs, shops, animals,
walls, allies and own units and buildings.
