Foreword

All praise is to Allah Almighty, who upon His grace and guidance we were
able to complete the preparation of this report.
This report is the result of independent tasks for the youth, to learn more
about the following topics juvenile delinquency and the solutions. Preparation of
this report has a goal to foster self-learning process to teenagers, so creativity and
mastery of the material can be optimized as expected.
This report is expected to help teens in knowing about the various causes
of juvenile delinquency and to fortify themselves and social environment of being
sent to the various forms of juvenile delinquency.
Hopefully this report will be and always be a friend in learning to achieve
glorious achievement. Criticism and suggestions from teachers and friends we
would expect for repairs and improvements in learning in the future.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
In this modern age, there are so many kind of situation happen to among
teenagers in Indonesia. Especially, teenagers who still study at High school.
Teenagers who is rated as the nation's future, as the future of the nation of
Indonesia, far from what is currently expected. Due to the teenagers who are still
in labile situation, making the teens is very easy to enter the unhealthy
relationships, and resulting in the teens to do the negative actions that harm others
and themselves. Those negative actions usually called juvenile delinquency.
Juvenile delinquency in Indonesia are kind, including brawls or fights,
wild racing, gambling, drug user or a spreader, and the others delinquency is
considered harmful. Who's to blame for the actions of the teenagers? Of course
the answer to that question varies. However, parents have a huge role in educating
and supervising teenager in order to become a generation to be proud of.
Even though, the students are still sitting in elementary and junior high
school, which is still 8-15 age years old already smoke. This makes these children
live a life that is not healthy. Delinquency is usually caused by one of the
association at school, in the community, and also at home. For example, looking
his friends smoke after school, he then offered to smoke. Firstly he rejected it, but
eventually it becomes a pleasure and habit. Cigarette advertisements along the
road, in the mass media, and electronics are also increasingly making it worse.
That's just one example illustrating juvenile delinquency in Indonesia. Not
including the delinquency that can lead to the victim, such as fights and wild race.

In this time, we will explain how the state of teenagers in Indonesia and
the delinquency that is currently in a critical condition. And we will summarize
the different ways to solve with the dangers of juvenile delinquency, by doing a
variety of things and actions that are useful to the family, nation, and religion.

1.2 Problem Formulation


Of the background we have described, the following is a problem which we
discuss:
1. What is the factor of juvenile delinquency?
2. What are the example of juvenile delinquency?
3. What efforts can be made to the prevention of juvenile delinquency?

1. Knowing the causes of juvenile delinquency perform various.
2. Knowing the impact of juvenile delinquency.
3. Provide information to the public so that it can be used to solve with,
respond and awaken the teenagers

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

2.1 Definition of Juvenile Delinquency


Juvenile delinquency includes all behavior that deviates from the norms of
criminal law committed by juveniles. Such behavior will harm himself and those
around him.
Education experts agree that teenagers are those aged 13-18 years. At that
age, someone already beyond childhood, but it is still not mature enough to be
considered adults.

2.4 Factors of Juvenile Delinquency

Internal Factors :
1. Identity crisis: biological and sociological changes in the adolescent
self allows for two forms of integration. First, the formation of a sense
of consistency in his life. Second, the role of identity achievement.
Juvenile delinquency occurs because teens fail to reach the second
integration period.
2. Weak self-control: Teenagers who cannot learn and distinguish
behavior that is acceptable to unacceptable behavior will be dragged
on the 'naughty'. So for those who already know the differences in the
behavior of the two, but could not develop the self-control to act in
accordance with his knowledge.

External Factors:
1. Families who are not in harmony.
2. Bad friends.
3. Living environment that are less good.

2.5 How to Solve Juvenile Delinquency


1. The need for religious learning done early, like prayer educational,
morals and coaching prayer routines.
2. Need for affection and attention from parents in any case.
3. Supervision of a parent who does not curb. But still lead to not doing a
bad thing
4. Intensive supervision necessary and the communication media such as
TV, internet, radio, mobile, social networking etc.
5. Parents should be comfortable place for the teenagers to understand
them, so parents can guide teens when facing problems.

CLOSING
1.1. Conclusion
Parents have a very important role in assisting and educating their
children, especially when entering adolescence. In order not to avoid things
that harm others or themselves. And a teenager should be a successor and
leader of the nations in the future
1.2. Suggestion
Based on the above conclusion, the authors suggest to pay more attention
to social problems, especially juvenile delinquency. We should be able to
prevent and control juvenile behavior so it does not cause social problems
caused by the juvenile delinquency.
