Sir,
Heartfelt thanks for this software.
I have one request.Will you please include birth time rectification in jhora usi
ng kunda method and varga chatushtayam method? You may also add BTR by KP method
. This shall make the precision standards for prediction complete.
On 17 th february 2011, my son was born in hyderabad,India at Eashwar Lakshmi Ho
spital (geographic coordinates as per google are
lat: 17 deg 29 min 12.879 sec (17.486911)
long:78 deg 30 min 29.8836 sec (78.508301)
His birth was done by cesearean and when the head was coming out the nurse looke
d up the clock and casually noted the time as 8.02 pm.she didnt note the seconds
.The clock was running correct.
if we go by this time, as per sss ayanamsa it is kanya lagna both by drik and ss
s planetary model.
Kp and raman ayanamsa in drik give kanya lagna but lahiri gives simha lagna (aro
ung 29 deg 58 min past) which changes to kanya after 5 seconds.
true chitrapaksha ayanamsa gives kanya lagna at 8.02.03 pm.
if the time of birth is taken as the time of cutting of umbilical cord (which mu
st have occured approximately 30 sec after the delivery), by all ayanamsas and s
ystems it must be kanya lagna.
if bhupatanam (dropping the child on bed,which is done soon after cutting umbili
cal cord) is the criterion,then too it should be kanya lagna.
Kp birth time rectification method is indicating kanya lagna.
Would you please throw light on what can be the lagna of my son?
Also is it true, in case of such horoscopes,importance is given to chandra lagna
?

BTR is available in this software also. If you take the theory of Pranpada Lagna
and Lagna co-relation, and balance both lagnas the accurate time is 20:02:43 wh
ich also gives Kanya Lagna which is correct and can be taken as a granted. No ma
tters what procedure you follow it should be identical as the native is one and
same.

Thank you very much.
infact I was doing kunda method from jhora and varga chatushtayam method manuall
y and got 2 possible birth times as 8hrs 00 min 14 sec and 8 hrs 6min 13 sec app
roximately.I was thinking BTR could be 8hrs 00 min 14 sec (pm) which is nearer.
Thanks for this new input as 8hrs 02 min 43 sec (pm). That is more logical as it
could be the time the umbilical cord is cut.
However pls tell me why the kunda method/varga chatushtayam is not working.
Additional details that could help fixing/analysing the lagna:
1.the child was delivered thru surgery at 35th week,it was a premature delivery.
2. soon after the birth,the child was healthy,active ,cry was loud.
3.After round 1/2 an hr, the child developed respiratory distress, had to be tak
en to child care in an ambulance,with external oxygen supply.
4.the child remained in icu, with oxygen dependence..and was discharged in 6-7 d
ays.the respiatory distress had got over.
5.0n 23rd wed, my guruji's sishya, (soon to become a swamiji)could come to the h
ospital to bless the child.That day morning itself the child had become ok,the n
ext day was the discharge,
5.due to premature delivery, the child had minor holes in heart,two of them have
healed in few days..and the 3rd,a minor one in a safe place inside the heart,is
supposed to close automatically in around 3-4 months.

6.The child is otherwise healthy,though it has jaundice now.normlly it should go

by itself,they said.
hope that the above details could give a next level confirmation.

And dear sant Guruji,
To add to what I wrote earlier, If kunda method implies matching the kunda lagna
with the trines of moon nakshatra or 7th from moon nakshatra, then the time you
have arrived at ie 8hrs 02 min 43 sec matches.
many versions on kunda method (esp the article birth rectification complete,by s
reenathji)speaks only on the trine positions of moon and not the 7th.
the special rule of kunda if the asc lord has parivarthana is not mentioned by m
any.
pls clarify. thanks.

s supposed to be in Kottayam District. Jhora is not showing it. Maybe i have typ
ed the wrong spelling but this is what was passed on to me. Would anyone know wh
at is the lat long of this place.

Sometimes, alternate spellings are used. Kanakarry at 76e33 and 9n42 is listed i
n JHora's atlas. That seems to be near Kottayam. That may be the Kanakkari you a
re looking for.

a) Had earlier mentioned that if one can get state name mentioned next to the ci
ty, it can help in choosing without errors. If i am not wrong (writing from memo
ry here) there are many Kanpurs in various states and it helps in choosing which
Kanpur especially if someone is not from India
b) Pls see this chart detail 21st May 1943, 6 am, Kanakkari, Kerala. I get 4Ta a
s Asc whereas Kala gives 18Aries as Asc, Kepler gives 18Aries.

I shall provide the details of the btr calculations that I did with regard to th
e birth time of my son.
First estimated time (as Given by nurse) ...08.02 pm 17th february 2011.
Event:Cesarean operation,the time casually noted by nurse as the head was coming
out.
location of hospital:
lattitude:17 deg 29 min 12.879 sec
longitude:78 deg 30 min 29.8836 sec
tatwa antar tatwa method:
From exact 8hrs 02 min 1 sec pm , the vayu antar tatwa stars under tejas tatwa.
The antar tatwa extends upto around 8.04.37pm
varga chatushtaya method:
Between 8.02.01 pm to 8.02.04 pm,esp at 8.02.03 pm,
navamsa lagna is in sagittatius, trine to the lagna nakshatra.

navanavamsa (kunda) lagna is in sagittarius,trine to lagna nakshatra.

dwadasamsa lagna is in cancer in moon nakshatra .
ashtotharamsa (D108) lagna is in cancer in moon nakshatra.
Trine position from moon is satisfied by two of the above varga lagnas and thus
conditions of varga chatushtayam method is perfectly satisfied.
pranapada method:
pranapada in navamsa is trine or 7th both to navamsa lagna and to navamsa moon.
In D 60 chart, pranapada lagna(pi) is in trine with the position of sun in D60.
In D24 chart, pranapada lagna (taurus) coincides with the sign of mercury in D24
.
Gulika/mandi: Lagna is trine to mandi in natal chart and Gulika is in kendra.
Jaimini method: jaimini rules predict male child birth during the time period af
ter 08.02.01pm to more than 3-4 minutes.
(KP method works for this rectified time,though the lagna becomes Kanya)
Thus the first best estimation of birth time is 8 hrs 02 min 03 pm(the interval
of 8.02.01 to8.01.04 works closely well)
This time is the time the child is being taken out,could coincide perhaps with t
he moment of first breath.
At 8.02.05 pm ,as per lahiri ayanamsa, the Lagna changes to Kanya.
considering pranapada balancing in D24 and D60, btr occurs at 8.02.27 and 8.02.4
3 pm.
in navamsa pranapada is trine only to moon and not lagna.
When I tried vargachatushtayam,at this time, all the four varga lagnas coincide
with trines of lagna star ,(and NOT moon star).
Gk is with moon in navamsa and mandi is trine to navamsa lagna.
As per certain versions of kunda method and rest, these may fit into proper btr
timings.
these timings could be closer to the time of cutting of the umbilical cord.With
some probablility, the btr could coincide with some time aound this event.
while I solicit, the very valuable suggestions of all of you, learned astrologer
s,I wish to share certain thoughts here:
1. if the higher probable time of 8.02.03 pm could be true,it should indicate th
at birth time coincides more with the event of child comiing out completelyor it
s first breath.
2.Lahiri Ayanamsa is astoundingly precise,atleast for me,in this regard.
The tatwa antar tatwa method which is ayanamsa independent,gave the vayu antarta
twa in exactly the same moment as Lahiri ayanamsa gave varga chatushtayam satisf
ying conditions.
At 8.02.05 pm when lahiri gives change in lagna,varga chatushtayam ceases to hol

d good when viewed from moon position.

Exactly at that moment the pranapada lagna in navamsa changes from 7th to 6 th f
rom navamsa lagna.
No other ayanamsa gives a coincidence of pancha tatwa timing and varga chatushta
ya lagna longitude in the whole of the interval around that time.
The learned astrologers may please pardon me if I have made mistakes. intricate
calculations for different seconds took a long toll, I couldnt recheck all the c
alculations.Also,My knowledge in this regard is not profound enough to sound aut
hentic in my propositions.
All I infer is, there is a higher probability for lagna to be simha with btr 08.
02.03 and moderate probability for kanya at the other timings as per the above c
alculations.
Hope You learned astrologres shall throw more light in this regard,as to what ex
actly is the lagna of my son.

Thanks, will you please explain how to fix the lagna of the child using the even
ts I wrote ?
the fact is , some astrologers predicted the lagna to be kanya, based on past ev
ents I narrated here in the post. Some gave a rectification time 8.02.29 pm and
another 8.2.43 pm both giving kanya lagna.
However, when i use the formula,
lagna sign counted from sun= ((ishtagaits*6+sun longitude in its sign)/30)+1 (ta
king integer value removing fractional part),
i get simha lagna same as i got at 8.02.03 pm using lahiri ayanamsa.
There is an astrologer who strongly says, the events described indicate kanya, w
hile one astrologer attributes it to simha lagna too.
please go through the events after birth,as written by me in the earlier post, s
o as to calculate the lagna of the child.
