Product Team Manager
Profit and Loss responsibility for ARINC connector segment of AMPs Aerospace business, including engineering and
manufacturing oversight. Total responsibility for quality, delivery, costs and customer satisfaction. Involved with Military,
ISO and Boeing specifications including active participation in the aerospace industry standards committee.
Supervisor of Manufacturing Planning, Harrisburg, PA.
Directed team that developed a computerized quoting system with global AMP applications ($1,080,000 in savings) and
assisted in contract manufacturing negotiations that resulted in $958,500 annual savings to AMP. Coordinated production
moves to AMP's production facility in Mexico, including governmental documentation and on-site training. Responsible for
multi-facility production planning including Far East and Mexico sites, rate analysis and automated cost evaluations.
Production Supervisor, Harrisburg, PA.
Duties: Supervised a three-shift cable assembly operation. Successfully managed production growth from 11,000 to 26,000
assemblies per month (185-475 people) during a 7 month time period. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery schedules
and manufacturing costs. Pursued and obtained ISO certification for the facility.
