Everyone like visit a new place all the time. But

there are some who like adventure (like: hiking, climbing, off road biking etc.) In our survey, our
sample size is 50 in all profession both male and female. Surprisingly we found that both female
and male equally like to adventure tourism. In this graph shows that, all ages people like to
adventure tourism especially teenage, or who are newly started their career this type people are
very much interested in adventure tourism. Some people are not interested in adventure tourism
because all the time they visit with their family or they do not take any thrill in their life.

There are lots of place in

Bangladesh where people like to visit that place many times. Because of natural beauty, for enjoy
their vacation and so on. For adventure purpose people visit some specific place like Madhavpur,
Lauyachara, Boga lake, Keokradong Bandarban, Hum hum Waterfall, Khoiyachora, Nijhum
dwip and so on.
3. Travelling with
For visiting or tourism purpose everyone like to move with group wise. But there are some
exceptions someone likes to move alone. For adventure tourism purpose most of them like to
move with group. Here group means family member or friends circle and so on. In our survey we
found that, more than 80% people like to travel with their friends and family.

for enjoy their leisure hours. But some are visit for to know about our country. Some of visitors
said, they want to discover the hidden treasure of Bangladesh which is natural beauty of
Bangladesh. Thats why they want to go for adventure tourism. We found that, more than 45%
people visit for enjoy their leisure. 25% people discover hidden natural beauty of Bangladesh
and rest 30% people visit different place for education and business purpose.

5. Time duration:
Time duration depends on the visitors. Because some visitors visit the place for 2 to 4 days or 5
days so on. For education purpose they are staying for 2 to 4 days. For tourism purpose they stay
at least 5 to 10 days.

6. Hear about Adventure

tourism spot:
Most of the visitors hear about adventure tourism spot from their friends. Some are hear from
radio, or newspaper. Some visitors hear about adventure tourism spot through internet. In our
survey we found that, 40% visitors hear about adventure tourism spot from their friends. In our
country there is little tour operator company where they offer package for visiting purpose. It is
very poor condition in radio and television media only 5% to hear about adventure tourism

7. Transportation:
In our survey we found that transport system of our tourism sector is not good. But day by day it
is improving. Most of the visitors visit the place by bus which is more than 50%. 5% visit by
airplane. 25% visit by train.

Bangladesh is a low-lying, riverine country located in South Asia with a largely marshy jungle
coastline of 710 km (441 mi) on the northern littoral of the Bay of Bengal. Formed by a delta
plain at the confluence of the Ganges (Padma), Brahmaputra (Jamuna), and Meghna Rivers and
their tributaries, Bangladeshs alluvial soil is highly fertile, but vulnerable to flood and drought.
Hills rise above the plain only in the Chittagong Hill Tracts in the far southeast and the Sylhet
division in the northeast. Straddling the Tropic of Cancer, Bangladesh has a tropical monsoon
climate characterized by heavy seasonal rainfall, high temperatures, and high humidity. For this
geographical condition Bangladesh has got a very good weather condition and natural beauty is
mind blowing. So that there are many opportunity to learn about other culture, staying closely
with nature. For tourism purpose visitors can have some opportunity to get some experience for
traditional way of life and opportunities for natural and cultural attractions. But transport and
safety facility is very poor. So that many visitor do not visit many places. Accessibility in some
certain area is restricted because of political purpose. After that there are many business
opportunity to invest in tourism sector.

age limit. Every person in every age can visit every place it they want. But in our survey we
found that, less than 25 years old who are actually student or recently finished their student life
or new enter in professional world percentage of this type people is higher. In second position
between 26 to 35 years person who are interested in adventure tourism.
10. Profession
People of every sector like student, doctor, teacher, engineer, businessman, service holder etc.
can visit any place where they want. But in our survey we found that students are very much
interested in adventure tourism. More than 50% students like to adventure tourism. Other
profession is also interested in adventure tourism.
