Delivery of the plant shall be 15 working days form the date of issuing work order.

Warranty
We warrant that the plant and equipment supplied by us shall be free from any manufacturing defects for the
period of 12 month from the date of commissioning.

Spare Part: We are assuring that, it will be supplied at least 15 years.

Biochemical Test: It will be submitted after installation the plant and the cost will be bear by customer.

Validity of Offer:
Our offer is valid for 15 days form the date of this offer submitted. Thereafter it is subject to our written
confirmation.
