Key Considerations

Key points to consider while developing beach resorts

Gujarat would become the state which would

uphold, host and develop various eco,
adventure sports and water sports initiatives
Government It is said to become one of the major tourists
Initiatives attractions and place Gujarat ion the global
map with Adventure and Sports Tourism with
Proactive Governance promoting the growth
of the Sector

The site could be promoted together with

other water sports like surfing, jet skiing,
kayaking or swimming, where the beaches
of Gujarat would serve as the perfect
Promotion of water location for different water activities
sports on the beach Integrated development of Tourism
infrastructure facilities is also being
materialized

Coastal erosion is a major problem in

Gujarat. Erosion reduces the water
availability in coastal aquifers and increases
the salinity intrusion
Coastal erosion
Coastal communities in Gujarat migrate to
other locations due to environmental
degradation, which results in manpower
shortage in beach resorts
