CURRENT WORK EXPERIENCE


 Presently I am working in “Qatar Petroleum,Qatar” as a Refinery utility Operator in
following Unit.

- Boiler, Nitrogen, Cooling tower, DM,WTP Plant.


 Working at M/s. RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD-JERP, Jamnagar, India. From 12th
July, 2007 to 19 th July,2014 as a Field Executive -Effluent
treatment,Desalination,Reverse Osmosis,Nitrogen generation Units.

 COMPANY PROFILE: Reliance Jamnagar manufacturing complex is fully


integrated manufacturing complex in the world to house a Petroleum Refinery,
Petrochemical Complex, Power plant and a Port terminal Complex With Certified
OHSAS 18000, ISO 14000 and ISO 9001:2000 Respectively in Occupational Health
Safety, Environment Safety and Quality.

PROCESS WORKING :

╬ AIR NITROGEN PLANT:-

 There is a 6 No. Multistage Centrifugal Compressor with 24000Nm3/hrs.


(ATLAS
COPCO, USA.)

 There is a two stage Reciprocating HP Compressor with 500Nm3/hr.


(INGERSOLL-RAND) for Refinery Instu. Air back up dry air receiver.

 There is a 6 no. Of Instep. Air Dryer with 6412 Nm3/hr. Capacity Base on “No
Purge No Lose”. (INDCON).

 There is a 3 No. of Train -80 HN Series Nitrogen Plant with 7824 Nm3/hr. Capacity,
GAN-7320Nm3/hr., LIN- 603Nm3/hr., Base on CRYOGENIC Distillation. (AIR
PRODUCTS, UK.)

╬ DESALINATION PLANT:

 There is a 4 nos. of Desalination Plant with 1000M3/hrs. Capacity Base on Low


Temp. Multieffect Distillation.( IDE,ISRAEL)

 There is a 6 nos. of storage tanks for Desal water, Potable water & Condensate
with nitrogen blanketing.

 There is a hypochloride generation electroliser skid (WABAUG, USA).

 There is a DM WATER PLANT with 12000 M3/hrs. Capacity Base on ION


Exchange. (ION EXCHANGE INDIA). Resin suplly by ROM & HANS, Activated
carbon supply by NORTIS, NETHERLAND.

 There is a condensate polishing unit with collection & distribution system.

 I have good knowledge of handling a HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL like


Con.H2SO4,Con.NaOH,Chlorine, etc.
╬ DM WATER PLANT:

 DM water plant consists of 13 nos. of MB having 337 m3/hr capacity.


 DM water storage of 50000 m3 of two tanks.
 DM water plant supplied by M/s ION EXCHANGE LTD.
 Resins cleaning and Resin treatment like -- Alkali- Brine treatment, Chemical
Soaking etc.
 Erection of Vessels & tanks done

╬ CONDENSATE WATER PLANT:

 Collection & treatment of condensate water system from the refinery 1800 m3/hr.

╬ COOLING TOWER :

 I have also experience of operation of cooling tower

 Maintain PH ,FRC ,Turbidity, etc.. as per SOC.

╬ ETP:

 I have also work experience in Largest ETP Commissioning.Cap.2000m3/hr.There


are three type of effluent are treated like HTDS,LTDS & OILY WASTE WATER.
There are maintaining parameter like PH,Conductivity,COD,BOD,DO,O&G etc.

 I have experienced of above ground and Under Ground Pipelines Erection & Pre-
commissioning & commissioning of all Utilities line for Refinery.

╬ R O PLANT :

 I have also experience of PLC based Reverse Osmoses Plant (HERO) supplied
by M/s Aquatec Ltd. (Cap. – 2*300 M3/Hr.)

• FIRE WATER SYSTEM :-

 comprising Fire water Pump houses consists 11 Diesel engine driven


pumps(1000 M³/hr) , 11 Motor driven pumps(1000 M³/hr) , and 04 Jockey
pumps (360 M³/hr) and distribution networks in Refinery Process Area and
Tank farm area.

JOB PROFILE

 To ensure safe Operating conditions in handling of hazardous operation.


 Cross-check to maintain Process parameter for the smooth operation of the
plant to achieve production targets.
 Compliance with Organizational safety regulation & work permit system.
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the
equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Follow up and updating of work permit procedures & carrying out permits audit.
 Co-ordination with various departments such as Maintenance, Utilities,
Instrumentation and Electrical etc.
 Documentations like Routine checklists, ISO, OHSAS, PFD, P&ID, LDAR &
all plant safety concerns.
