Please read IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS carefully which are given on next page.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

➢ You are advised to print this call letter and affix a latest passport size colour photograph on it and produce for
verification at the venue before entering the written test hall failing which you will not be permitted to write the test.
The call letter with your latest colour photograph and signature will be collected and retained by us for our record.
➢ You are advised to report to the examination hall ONE HOUR before the commencement of the written test.
➢ You may please note that the time, date or venue for written test cannot be changed for any reasons.
➢ Please note that you have to come to written test venue at your own cost and no costs to that effect will be
reimbursed.
➢ You are advised to bring with you self-attested copies of marks cards in support of the declaration you have made
in the application to the written test venue for verification. Original certificates need not to be carried to the written
test venue.
➢ If you are working in Central/State Govt/Public Sector Undertakings, you are required to produce NO OBJECTION
CERTIFICATE from the office without which you will not be permitted to write the test.
➢ The candidate must affix his/her signature in the Hall Ticket only in the presence of the Supervisor/Invigilator in the
examination hall on the rightside top of the hall ticket.
➢ Computers, calculators, logarithm table, digital diary, mobile phones etc., will not be allowed inside the
examination hall. Candidates found using or attempting to resort to any unfair means shall be liable to be
disqualified for attending the written test.
➢ The written test will be for a duration of one and half hours (90 minutes). The questions will be objective type with
four answers indicated, of which one will only be unambiguously correct.
➢ Read carefully the instructions in the OMR answer sheet before answering.
➢ Correct answer will carry THREE marks and wrong answer will carry MINUS ONE mark.
➢ You have to select the unambiguous right answer by marking the corresponding oval on the answer sheet by
BLACK/BLUE ball point pen only as per the instructions on answer sheet.
➢ Rough work/Calculations, if any, can be done in the blank space of Question Booklet itself
➢ All the entries in the OMR answer sheet shall be done with BLUE/BLACK ball point pen only.
➢ You are advised to bring only BLUE/BLACK ball point pen.
➢ Candidates are allowed to take the carbonless copy of the OMR answer sheet and their question booklet after the
examination. Candidates may note that photocopy of the OMR sheet will not be given to the candidates later under
any circumstances. Hence, carbonless copy of the OMR answer sheet shall be preserved by the candidates
carefully for future reference and SDSC SHAR shall not be responsible for loss of the carbonless copy of the OMR
sheet already provided to them.
➢ No candidate shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the Supervisor/Invigilator.
➢ At the end of the examination, the candidates should hand over the Hall Ticket and OMR Answer Sheet to
Supervisor/Invigilator.
➢ Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
