for alignment, presence or absence of dirt, severe rust and the like. The damaged
material will be placed in a separate area so as not to mistake at the time in using.
b. Check the size and quantity of material such as hollow, scafolding and phenolic
film and it shall be according to the requirement.
3.3.2. Shipment
a. Shipment inspection
- Confirmation of material requested on site (processing book etc.)
- Based on (1), check the type of shipping material

b. In disassembling the form, work shall be done after discussing dismantling range
work procedures etc before starting work.
c. When disassembling the mold, instruct them to perform dismantling work so as not to
give impact or damage to the concrete by dropping the disassembled material.
d. In principle, we will not change the support plan.
7.2.2. Striking the Formwork:
e. Always have the approval of the Consultant before the striking formwork
f. Be careful when striking formwork and always use safety tools
g. Be careful and slowly when striking formwork, do not be broken and put in a safe
place if the condition of the formwork can still be used again
h. Paint the code number into a reusable formwork
i. Before reuse the formwork, the surface must be cleaned
8. Safety procedure
The all fabrication of formwork according with the JICA safety plan:
f. All garbage and the rest of the rebar/ hollow that will not use again will be
gathered and throw it into the Disposal Area (Waste Material)
g. The contractor shall ensure that heavy or big forms are handled by not a single
worker but by two or more workers.
h. The contractor shall firmly affix assembled form so as to prevent their collapse
by wing or vibration
i. Before Installation of Formwork should be cleaned And brush by oil Formwork
j. And after the removed formwork, which can be used again must clean the
concrete attached to the surface and the brush again formwork oil, use it again
in the same place
