1-3 Trying to answer orally all the given questions but with difficulty.

0 Does not answer any of the questions.

RUBRICS FOR WRITTEN WORK (ESSAY)

RAW SCORE INDICATORS

9-10 Write the essay nicely and it has appropriate content related to the
topic.

7-8 Correct and appropriate but lack of neatness.

5-6 Wrong use of capitalization , punctuation marks, indention, etc.

3-4 Incomplete work.

1-2 Obviously copied the work of others.

0 Not submitting any work.

RUBRICS FOR WRITTEN WORK (THEME WRITING)

RAW SCORE INDICATORS

9-10 Write his/her theme with accuracy neatness and able to follow
instructions in accordance with the content and structure of the given
topic /theme.

7-8 Perform his/her writing with accuracy but needs to improve neatness
of work.

5-6 Orderliness and cleanliness is just sufficient.

3-4 Clean work but there are many incorrect structures.

1-2 Fails to follow instructions. The work is not clean.

0 Not submitting any work.

RUBRICS FOR WRITTEN WORK (ASSIGNMENT)

RAW SCORE INDICATORS

9-10 All written assignments are made and passed with accuracy and
according to one’s ability.

7-8 There are one or two chances that a pupil did not pass his/her
assignment.

5-6 Moderate accuracy of achievements in answering assignment.

3-4 He/She was not the one who made the assignment.

1-2 There are one or two circumstances that pupil passed the assignment.

0 He/She was not able to make any assignment.

9-10 Higit sa inaasahan ang proyektong naisagawa at naipasa ayon sa


sariling kakayahan sa itinakdang oras o araw.

7-8 Mahusay na naisagawa ang proyekto at naipasa sa takdang oras o


araw.

4-6 Naisagawa ang proyekto subalit hindi naipasa sa takdng oras o


araw.

1-3 May naipasang proyekto subalit hindi nasunod ang dapat gawin o
ibang tao ang gumawa.

0 Walang proyektong nagawa o naipasa.

9-10 Nasasagot ng wasto at malinis ang AGONA.

7-8 May isang mali sa mga sagot sa AGONA.

9-10 Naisagawa o naipamalas ng lahat ng kasapi ng pangkat ang


gawain/presentasyon nang higit sa inaasahan.

7-8 Naisagawa o naipamalas nang maayos alinsunod sa tuntunin ng


lahat ng kasapi ng gawain o presentasyon.

5-6 Kaayusan ang pagsasagawa o pagpapamalas ng gawain o


presentasyon ng lahat ng kasapi.

3-4 Kinakikitaan ng di pagkakakisa at walang koordinanasyon sa


pagsasagawa o pagpapamalas ng gawain o presentasyon.

1-2 Walang kaayusan ang isinagawa o naipamalas na gawain o


presentasyon.

0 Walang naisagawa o naipamalas na gawain o presentasyon.

kulang sa paggalang.

4-6 Katamtaman ang kawastuhan ng pagsagot nang pasalita.

1-3 Nagpapamalas ng pagpupursiging masagot nang pasalita ang mga


tanong subalit nahihirapang maipahayag ang sarili.

RAW SCORE INDICATORS

9-10 Lahat ng mga takdang-araling pasulat ay nagawa nang may


kawastuhan at ayon sa sariling kakayahan.

7-8 May isa o dalawang pagkakataong hindi nakagawa at nakapasa ng mga


takdang-araling pasulat.

5-6 Katamtaman ang dalas at kawastuhan ng mga nagawa at naipasang


mga pasulat na takdang aralin.

3-4 Halatang iba ang gumawa ng mga pasulat na takdang-aralin.

1-2 May isa o dalawang pagkakataong nakagawa at nakapagpasa ng mga


pasulat na takdang-aralin.
