    Semestral Report

    Vision: A leading educational institution that advocates holistic transformational development for global competitiveness.

    MISSION:
    To provide responsive, relevant and innovative education and training that equip students with the knowledge, attributes, values and skills
    to become successful in their chosen careers and meet the demands of the national and global industry.

    Accomplishment:
    1. Encouraged the senior high school students to choose STII and allow the institution to be part of their journey
    in pursuing their dreams and desires in life by explaining the advantages and other benefits that they will receive
    if they enrol any courses offered by the school.
    2. Follow – up those students who had a very low performance. They are the following
     Rex Belli Caboverde
     Klent Alvarado
     Princess wilrose Esquillo
     George Blanco
     Neil Alicante
     Annur Hassan
     Rowela Sumalinog

    Problems:
    1. Every time it rains, some of the documents get wet because of the heavy pour of the rain.

    2. We don’t have enough space in the faculty room where we can put our personal belongings.

    Recommendations:
    1. Teachers are always using laptops for reporting purposes, we are humbly asking to the president of this
    institution to kindly provide an additional outlet in the faculty room.

    2. Teachers oftentimes experienced difficulties in their lesson, most especially to those subjects not covered by
    their expertise and those subjects without any book reference. Searching in the internet is the best alternative
    reference to understand the lesson. Teachers are in need of internet connection. I am asking to the president to
    please provide us internet connection for us to be able to become an efficient and effective teacher to our
    students. If we are not able to understand the lesson what kind of learning we can give to our students. Yes, we
    are teachers but it doesn’t mean we know everything. We also need to study to feed our beloved students with
    the necessary knowledge to prepare them in facing the real world.

    3. Nowadays, students in STII devoted most of their time in social media. Sometimes they forget to go to church.
    They are very good in posting quotes but when you asked them to lead the prayer in the class, they are quite
    hesitant. They’re just memorizing the traditional prayer without the intention of praying it whole heartedly. To
    develop the spiritual maturity of the students, STII must collaborate with the different churches to conduct bible
    study.

    4. There are some students experienced bullying caused by their gender, STII must collaborate to the LGBT
    community here in Ipil to conduct a symposium for giving respect not because they are different but because
    they are human too.

    5. There are a lot of students here in STII that’s good in different sports. STII must collaborated with the other school
    to have a sport fest intercollegiate.
