Antenna installation requires qualified, professional personnel to operate, strictly based

on the requirements of the installation manual. During antenna working course, in order

to ensure optimum status of antenna, professional personnel should perform inspection

and maintenance periodically (once half a year).

4.1.2 Fine azimuth adjustment: The range of fine adjustment is ±10°. First fasten the 1.1 Condition of Antenna Installation

4.2 Elevation Adjustment

1.4 Checking Parts of Antenna 4.1 Azimuth Adjustment

High performance antenna contains all of the items indicated in figure 1, while 4.1.1 Large-scale azimuth adjustment: The antenna can be turned 360°around the

and vertical installation methods for the circle pipe material, whose diameter should

be Ф40mm-Ф120mm. Figure 17 shows the two methods for angle iron material,

whose specification should be 40×40mm-120×120mm. Customer can choose a

method according to the installation site.


3.3.2.7 Follow the above steps to install the stabilizing arm.

2.1 Fixing Hanging Bracket to Reflector

Assemble the reflector① and hanging bracket⑥ together with the connecting angle

irons②, the elevation screw⑤, and the bolts M16 assembly③ and ④ which include

flat washers, spring washers and nuts, see figure 2.

reinstall them according to figure 2.

3.2.2 Installation of Adjustable Rod and Stabilizing Arm 2.2 Feeder Installation

Please install the adjustable rod⑤ and the stabilizing arm⑧ in time after antenna 2.2.1 Insert the feeder①into the reflector② from the front, and fix it with M8×35③

3.3.2.1 Prior to installation, confirm that the connecting board③ can be easily turned.
Do not fasten the 4 U-bolts⑥ on the connecting board until the positions of both
rods are determined.
3.3.2.2 The adjustable rod can be lowered or raised 5° from horizon. The stabilizing
arm can be lowered or raised 25°. In the horizontal plane, both rods can be
positioned at an angle up to 25°.
3.3.2.3 Attach one end of the adjustable rod to the supporting rod ⑦using the two
U-bolts, and the other end to the proper position on the tower ⑩using the bolt⑨.
3.3.2.4 If a suitable installation hole is unavailable, user can fix the clamp○

sustainable frame, eg. an angle iron of a tower. Then fix one end of the adjustable
rod to the clamp.

3.3.2.5 The clamp for fixation of adjustable rod is optional supplied, and should

2.2.2Two manner for feeder installation: the polarized mark is even to “V”, see

figure 4; the polarized mark is even to “H”, see figure 5.

3.3.1.1 Remove the connecting board① from the long rod by loosening its bolt. Fix
the connecting board to the short rod.

align the hole positions, and tighten the 4 bolts. The assembly of stabilizing arm is
shown in figure 14.

2.2.4 Install four feeder supporting rods⑦ as instructed in figure 6. Insert the feeder

supporting rods into the holes on the reflector orderly. For each rod, fix one end to the

guy panel⑤ with bolt M4×16, flat washer and spring washer⑥ and the other end to ④
the reflector with oblique washer⑨, flat and spring washers and nut⑧. Please

NOTE: Be careful while install the M4×16 into the screw, so as to avoid

destruction.

3.2.2 Fix the antenna to the Ф114mm mounting pipe③ with 4 long U-bolts②, and NOTE: The supporting rod acts to support and correct the center of

2.3 Assembly of Reflector and Shield 3.2 Antenna Hoisting

3.1 Installation of Anti-fall Angle Iron 2.3.2 There are letter marks on every shield. Please align at the “TOP” on AB with the

2.3.5 Assemble the shields AB,BC,CD and DC with bolts M8X25, big flat washers 2.4 Radome Installation

2.4.2 Spread the radome② out on the surface of the antenna. Unfold the radome
