S I R:

This is in representation of Mary Antonette Anicieto, our Lessee,


regarding your letter dated February 27, 2019.

We respectfully ask for your understanding on said matter as


we cannot still submit the proof of transfer of property ownership
from Mr. Carlos Bareng to Dr. Teoderico C. Cacho considering that
the property in question is still on the process of being partitioned by
the legal heirs of the deceased.

Moreover, it is only after the completion of said partition that


we can be able to transfer the ownership of said property. And, I,
being the administrator of the property assures you that we will
undertake to submit the requirements the moment the partition of
the property is done. A copy of the writ of execution regarding said
property is hereto attached as Annex “A” for your perusal.

Further, we may ask for your sympathy and indulgence to allow


our Lessee, Mary Antonette Anicieto, to continue using said water
service connection.

Finally, a copy of the Special Power of Attorney of Antonio


Quitaleg is hereto attached as Annex “B” to sign this undertaking in
behalf me.
