    AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OBJECTION

    We, RENE BUSTARDE, ATTY. WILLY CHANG and HERALDO LAMATON are of legal
    age, Filipino Citizens, and residents of SLU-SVP Housing, Old Site, Bakakeng, Baguio City, after
    having been duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

    1. We personally know spouses WILFREDO T. VIERNES and ANECITA S. VIERNES (the


    Viernes for short) as we are their adjacent lot owners and neighbors at SLU-SVP Old site, Bakakeng,
    Baguio City.

    2. We know that Viernes are planning to renovate and construct extension of their house
    thereat from two (2) floors to three (3) floors in order to accommodate their four children and their
    respective families.

    3. We have no objection to such renovation and extension of the Viernes residential house. In
    fact, we hereby express our unconditional consent thereto and request the concerned government
    agencies to approve their application for such purpose.

    4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing declarations for
    all legal intents and purpose it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 21st day of March, 2019 in the
    City of Baguio, Philippines.
