    MOTION TO CAUSE THE ANNOTATION OF LIS PENDENS

    Plaintiffs-Spouses, by counsel and unto this


    Honorable Court, respectfully allege the following:

    1. On April 16, 2019, the above-entitled case was


    filed by Plaintiffs-Spouses against herein
    Respondents.

    2. The title/deed of the properties subject of


    the above-case are now under the name of Respondent
    Bank.
    3. To protect the rights of Plaintiffs-Spouses,
    and to serve as a notice to the public that the
    properties are under litigation, there is a need to
    cause the annotation of lis pendens to the title/deed.

    4. For this reason, Plaintiffs-Spouses now prays


    that the Registry of Deeds of Kalinga, the Provincial
    Assessor of Kalinga, and the City Assessor of Tabuk
    City, Kalinga, be ordered to cause the annotation of
    lis pendens in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 020-
    2013000339, Tax Declaration No. 2014-00-0027-00705,
    and Tax Declaration No. 2014-00-0027-00706, all in
    the name of Philippine National Bank.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is


    respectfully prayed to this Honorable Court to direct
    the Registry of Deeds of Kalinga Province to annotate
    a Notice of Lis Pendens in Transfer Certificate of
    Title No. 020-2013000339, and also to order the
    Provincial Assessor of Kalinga province and the City
    Assessor of Tabuk city, Kalinga, to cause the
    annotation of Lis Pendens Tax Declaration No. 2014-
    00-0027-00705, and Tax Declaration No. 2014-00-0027-
    00706, all in the name of Respondent Philippine
    National Bank.

    Other reliefs are likewise prayed.
