    AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLILCATION

    I, EDNA BIRHEN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 123 Bonifacio, Baguio
    City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law states that:

    1. I am the Classified Ads Manager of the Sun Star Baguio Publishing Inc., a domestic
    Corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of Philippine laws with
    office and business address at Wong Bldg., Magsaysay Avenue, Happy Homes, Old
    Lucban, Baguio City.

    2. The said Corporation publishes SUN STAR BAGUIO, a newspaper of general circulation
    published for the dissemination of local news and general information with a bona fide
    list of subscribers published at regular daily intervals.

    3. The NOTICE OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF SUMMARY HEARING ON THE


    PETITION FOR NOTARIAL COMMISSION OF
    ATTY._________________________, printed copies of which are herewith attached,
    were published in the said newspaper on August 23, 2019.
