    We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in our

    brand Dosa Plaza.

    Process

    1) You will have to locate the place for DOSA PLAZA & need to intimate us
    regarding the total area available in sq.ft. For a take away joint minimum
    requirement is 400 sq.ft.to max.of 600 sq.ft. (Model A) and for Dine in it is
    1000 sq.ft.to 1200 sq.ft. (Model B)

    2) Our team will visit to finalize the site short listed by you.

    3) The First step of booking a Dosa Plaza franchise would submit a Letter of
    intent (LOI) on your letter head to our office, along with the payment of a non-
    refundable Franchisee Fee as per the Franchise model finalized. (Once the LOI is
    signed and the restaurant site is finalized, the franchise Agreement will be
    signed i.e within 15 days of signing of LOI, it needs to be signed by both the
    parties)

    4) Our company architect will make the layout of the finalized location in Auto
    Cad format. Based on the Auto cad drawings, Our Company Architect will design
    the outlet along with Kitchen Layout. (All Architect and contractor cost to be
    borne by investing party)

    5) Franchise agreement will be signed between us.

    6) Based on the final layout, Staff and other operational requirement will be
    planned out. All the trained kitchen staff will be provided by the company
    on the payroll of the investing party

    7) The operation of the Dosa Plaza outlet will start within 45 to 60 days from
    the date of signing of LOI (unless there is any delay due to unavoidable
    circumstances).

    8) Company (AHPL) will coordinate with you for the setup of the Dosa Plaza
    outlet (All Capital cost to be borne by investing party).The project handover will
    be given to you or your designated representative for the operational
    commencement of the Outlet once all trails are done by AHPL

    9) Service Staff will be recruited locally by you & trained at the site by the
    company. We will assist you in recruiting service staff.

    10) The Franchise License contract will be of 5years and it can be renewed
    later on with the renewal fee.

    All Investments and working Capital will be the responsibility of the Investing
    party.
