1.What is BOPP plastic film???

BOPP, Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene, is a film that is made of that has been

biaxially oriented meaning
that the film has been stretched in two different directions.

2.What is BOPP film used for?

The polypropylene film substrate reasonable economics, conformability and make it

ideal for packaging,
labeling and graphic applications. BOPP film is commonly used for applications that
require moisture resistance, optical clarity and high
tensile strength such as: Food & Beverage Packaging.

3.Can Bopp be recycled?

Printed BOPP film recycling machine is suitable for blown film factory to recycle
their in-house waste. ...
Printed BOPP film recycling machine is highly recommended for producers of
packaging/shrink/stretch films,
commercial bags, and of PP woven industry.

4.What Polypropylene is used for?

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic addition polymer made from the combination

of propylene monomers.
It is used in a variety of applications to include packaging for consumer products,
plastic parts for various
industries including the automotive industry, special devices like living hinges,
and textiles.

5.What is PET film used for?

BoPET (biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate) is a polyester film made from

stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
anis used for its high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability,
transparency, reflectivity, gas and aroma barrier properties,
and electrical insulation.

6.What is PVC shrink film?

PVC Shrink Film- A type of shrink wrap used for a variety of applications.
The PVC stands for Polyvinyl chloride. Polyvinyl chloride is the third most
produced plastic in the world.
PVC shrink wrap was the most commonly used shrink film, until replaced several
years ago by polyolefin (POF) shrink wrap

7.MATT BOPP???

BOPP, matt is a BOPP Coex film grade with a matt surface. The matt finish reduces
transparency and may enhance the luxury appeal of your product. BOPP,
matt, is available in a low seal grade. BOPP, matt, is being used both on
horizontal (HFFS) and vertical (VFFS) packaging machines

8.Coex film ??

By definition, a coextruded (coex) material is a combination of two or more resins

into a multi-layer structure.
For example, you can combine the moisture barrier of an HDPE resin with the
puncture resistance and sealing properties of LLDPE.

9.What are the properties of LDPE???

Linear low-density polyethylene is a substantially linear polymer, with significant

numbers of short branches,
commonly made by copolymerization of ethylene with longer-chain olefins.
Made in translucent or opaque variations, it is quite flexible and tough. LDPE has
more branching (on about 2% of the carbon atoms) than HDPE,
so its intermolecular forces (instantaneous-dipole induced-dipole attraction) are
weaker, its tensile strength is lower, and its resilience is higher.

10.LDPE Shrink ??

LDPE SHRINK FILM. Shrink wrap film is manufactured with an innovative cross-link
process providing strong, durable seals,
both impulse and electrostatic. LDPE Shrink Film has a wide range of shrink
temperatures

11.What is OPP material?

Polymex OPP (orientated polypropylene) films is a low cost all purpose film ideal
for packing bakery products, cakes, confectionery,
stationary etc. Its versatility makes it easy to use on many different types of
packaging machinery.

12.What MPET ?
Metallised films (or metalized films) are polymer films coated with a thin layer of
metal, usually aluminium. They offer the glossy metallic
appearance of an aluminium foil at a reduced weight and cost.Metallised films are
widely used for decorative purposes and food packaging,
and also for specialty applications including insulation and electronics.
