DEED OF PARTITION

Know all men by these presents:

This Deed OF PARTITION, made and entered by and among:

1. NELLIE A. VENUS, single;


2. ROLDAN C. SANCHEZ, single;
3. HENRY R. VILLAROSA, married to Elizabeth Sanchez;
4. MYETTE O. BARBA, married to Carmelo I. Barba;

all of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents of Lanang, Davao City, hereinafter
referred to as the PARTIES;

WITNESSETH:

That above-named PARTIES are the registered co-owners of a certain parcel of land
located at Barangay Cuambogan, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, identified as Lot 813-A,
of the subdivision of plan (LRC) Psd-50381, containing an area of One hundred
thousand (100,000) Square Meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. C-36087;

That, the herein parties decide to terminate their co-ownership and hereby do so agree to
divide, and partition among themselves the above-described parcel of land in the
following manner and form in accordance with the subdivision scheme laid out in
Approved Survey Plan No. Psd-112319-129860 (AR), to wit:

The aforesaid PARTIES have mutually agreed that each of the aforesaid parties becomes
sole and absolute owner/s of the allotted portion/s, and do hereby release and relinquish
their interest in the portion/s allotted to other parties.

In witness whereof, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this
