01) Profiling Department:-

Metal profile sheets are metal structural members that due to the fact they can have different
profiles, with different heights and different thickness, engineers and architects can use them for
a huge variety of buildings, from a simple industrial building to a high demand design building.

Profiling Departments consist of four Products.

Which is namely as
1) Colour Coated Metal Roofing Sheets.
2) Bending Roofing Sheets
3) Metal Purlins
4) Tin Coated Roofing Sheets.

1) Colour Coated Metal Roofing Sheets:-

 These Sheets are Color Coated Roofing Sheets.

 These sheets are developed utilizing Quality metal and by using advance
machine.
  These Sheets are made under the Hot and Cold Rolling Process.

Material:-

 Galvanized Iron Sheet.

 Color Coated Sheet.

Dimensions:-

 Thickness: - 0.4mm- 0.6mm.

 Width :- 3.5 feet (1060mm)
 Length:-As Required.

Surface treatment:-

 This machine gives the shape to sheet metal in roofing form.

 There are three roller tubes at the starting of this machine.
 1st roller (Upper) contains the polythene.
 2nd roller (Medium)is for straightening the polythene.
 3rd Roller (Lower) for sheet forwarding smoothly by lower side.
 After this processes there will be another two roller tubes for combined the
sheet and polythene it sets by pneumatic system as per the thickness of
sheet.
 Then actual roof forming is start with the help of roller tubes with different
arrangements of roller and operated by motor chain drives.
 After this actual roof forming is done as per the given length in feet, width in
feet and thickness in mm.
 Then this roof will be cut by cutting machine with 4kg pressure on 0.4 mm
to 0.6mm.
 Cutting machine is hydraulic system.
 Which contains two cylinder, four shockups and one motor with 3/2 DCV.
 After the cutting roof it is fall down to the next step which is product
handling device which is based on sensor system.

Cost:-
Cost Of The Roof Sheet Is Rs 70 Per Kg Without Bending.

 It is also known as Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine

 The machine is used for making Roofs.

Handling table:-

 This Table Handles The Readymade Roof And Forward Towards The
Bending Machine With The Help Of Man Power.
 Handling Table Is Made-Up Of Steel Bar Tube.

Roof Bending Machine:-

 This bending machine is having bending tool or plate.

 It is hydraulic System.
 Which includes two cylinders, Two Steel Bar and One motor.
 The motor operates the two cylinders with Hydraulic System.
 It Contains Two Roller tubes at Upper and Lower sides.
 It also contains one small Roller for stop profile at given length.
 It contains 5 Gears.
 It Contains Second Motor for control the Gear movements.

Working:-

 When we pass the ready-made roof sheets over a Handling Table Their will
be two roller tubes which is arranged as the size of roof sheet.
 When it comes with roller tubes it slowly forward towards bending machine
at a given programmed.
 When it is on the given length the small roller stop the sheet and bend it at
40 kg pressure on the thickness of 0.40mm – 0.60mm roof sheet.
 After that the next stroke will be done continuously as per given length and
number of sheet.
 After this the bended sheet will be ready.
