JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2)


DISINTERESTED PERSONS
WE, MARVIE C. CAMBARIJAN and ANNALIZA A. DALIGDIG, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of Feeder Road #3, Brgy. Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the same affiants who personally and voluntarily caused the preparation and
execution of this joint-affidavit;

2. We personally know ESPEDITO ARNADO DELLERA, JR., who was born on October 17,
1983 at Brgy. Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines;

3. We personally bears knowledge that he is one of the surviving heirs of the late Epifanio
Dellera, who executed a Deed of Extra-judicial Partition of the Estate of the late Epifanio
Dellera among Heirs, notarized by Atty. Ariel T. Montaña, per Doc. No. 39; Page 8; Book
No. 236; Series of 2019;

4. Upon verification of the aforesaid instrument accomplished by the heirs of the late
Epifanio Dellera, it appears that his name was erroneously encoded as DENNIS
DELLERA, instead of ESPEDITO ARNADO DELLERA, JR., which is his true, correct
and complete name;

5. It bears stressing that the aforementioned person has been using the name DENNIS
DELLERA because of his lack of knowledge in checking his Certificate Live Birth and
likewise due to his inadvertence as to the importance of the same;

6. Being our long-time friend and neighbor, we know for a fact that the true, correct and
complete name of the late father of the aforementioned person is ESPEDITO ARNADO
DELLERA, JR. and that the names DENNIS DELLERA and ESPEDITO ARNADO
DELLERA, JR., refers to one and the same person;

7. We are not related to the AFOREMENTIONED person either by affinity or consanguinity;

8. We are executing this joint-affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing declarations,
to apprise the authorities concerned and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this October 14, 2019 at
Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines.
