    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, MARIA EMELIE DE LOS REYES ALINSUG, of legal age, Filipino, married, with
    residence and post-office address Brgy. Cantuhaon, Palompon, Leyte,
    Philippines, do hereby by these present, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT MY
    SON – ELMER DE LOS REYES ALINSUG, of legal age, Filipino, married and with
    residence and post-office address at Brgy. Cantuhaon, Palompon, Leyte, to be
    my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to do and perform the following acts and
    powers to wit:

    1. To take charge in all matters over our FUSO FIGHTER WITH PLAT ENO.
    090102 which will be or which is secured as a transport vehicle for all PEPSI
    products;

    2. To execute and sign any and all documents, do and perform any and all
    acts appurtenant to the above mentioned purpose.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power


    and authority whatsoever, necessary or proper in and about the premises, as
    fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
