A. Mission Statement
We aim to become the first producer and seller of burger with purely
vegetable patty in Tumauini as well as to create a product which is good for the
health of the students, teachers, and others who want to taste and buy our
product as it is to be sell inside the Tumauini National High School Campus and
also to gain trust and have a long term relationship with our customers.
B. Diagnosis
We are starting a business right now, Therefore we still don’t have a huge
amount of capital to start our business. We are also in the process of introducing
our product to the market and making connections to them to have relationship
through selling of our product and serving our customers with good attitude.
C. Product or Service
The veggie burger has no meat content, it has no preservatives added, its
patty is purely made up of vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and cabbage.
The ingredients needed for preparing the veggie burger is very abundant in our
locality.

D. Market
Our target market are the grade 11 students and those who are willing to try
and buy our product because they have the most mature minded among others
to appreciate our objectives of introducing a better version of burger for the
people especially students. The quality, the taste, its benefit to people, our
service and the influence of others who already tasted our products are the
factors that can influence the people to purchase our product.
Being in the line of business, we aim to stay long in the industry and make
our business stronger, Therefore we need to have customers who will generate
our business and we think that adventurous buyer, neighborhood buyer and
impulsive buyer are what we need.
We are still student and we can’t afford to meet their perceive needs like
(wifi, books, laptop, bags, shoes, and cellphones) so we decided to create
something close to their real needs like (rice, fries, pizza, spaghetti, burger and
cake). Most of the results based on their real needs are all kinds of snacks.
Therefore we created healthier snacks for the people which is the veggie burger.
E. Distribution
We are new in running business that’s why for now we are the one who is
approaching the people to buy our product.
Our customers can easily get their orders because we are direct seller.

G. Competition
We have two types of competitors inside the T.N.H.S. Campus, first is the
indirect competitors which are the school canteens and other fellow Grade 11
students and second, is the direct competitors which are some of our fellow
grade 11 students that has almost the same product like our product.

As you can see, we have a higher price and high in quality product when it
comes to the other burger patties. It is not just a simple patty because we create
it with our own main ingredients. A new texture and appearance that you have
never see before and sure that you will love it. Our strategy is better to meet the
standard of our target market satisfaction.
Our market buyer should know how to manage and budget their money.
And they will like our products because the price is good enough to buy our
products and enjoy it.
I. Action Plan
Our goal is to build a good image to the market and make our product
patronized by our customers for the continuity of our production and in order
for our business to grow.
To achieve our goal, we did considered our availability in terms of budget
and time that’s why we came up with the strategy of focusing on the taste of
our product to make sure of its good taste so it will become the reason for our
customer to patronized our product and we will maintain our price to assure our
customers loyalty.
